Beachman '64 Limited Warranty

 


Coverage Periods:

 

  • Frame & Structural Components: 1 year from the original date of purchase.

  • Drivetrain & Electrical Components (motor, controller, battery, wiring, throttle, and heads-up display): 1 year from the original date of purchase.

  • Shocks & Brakes: 1 year from the original date of purchase.

  • 12-Volt Electronics (lights, turn signals, horn, and other accessories): 30 days from the original date of purchase.

 


What’s Not Covered:

 

  • Normal wear and tear (tires, tubes, brake pads, grips, bulbs, etc.).

  • Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, paint chips).

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, abuse, or improper storage.

  • Damage caused during shipping or transportation (unless optional shipping coverage has been purchased separately by the customer).

  • Modifications, customizations, or repairs not performed by Beachman or an authorized service provider.

  • Damage caused by extreme weather, water submersion, salt exposure, or corrosive conditions.

 


Warranty Transferability:

The Beachman Limited Warranty may be transferred to a new owner under the following conditions:

 

  1. A $250 warranty transfer fee is paid.

  2. A full inspection is performed at a recognized Beachman service center or dealership.

  3. A Warranty Transfer Form is completed with the new owner’s information, bike details, and attached photos of the bike taken at the point of inspection.

  4. The warranty coverage period continues from the original purchase date — it does not reset or extend.

 


Warranty Service:

If a covered defect arises during the warranty period, Beachman will repair or replace the defective part at no cost to the customer. Customers are responsible for shipping the product to Beachman or an authorized service center unless otherwise arranged.


Limitations:

 

  • Warranty coverage applies only with proof of purchase (or approved transfer).

  • Warranty coverage continues only for the original term and does not extend after transfer.

  • Beachman’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective parts.

  • This warranty does not cover incidental or consequential damages.
