Rated as a Class-2 e-bike, the '64 does not require a license or insurance to ride in most jurisdictions, but be sure to check with your local state transport authorities first.

The '64 can also be registered as a Moped in most States, and comes with an MCO document necessary for DMV registration. This allows you to access a higher top speed on public roads and insure your bike for added peace of mind.
