Beachman Extended Warranty
Every Beachman comest with a standard 1-year warranty that covers the drivetrain for the first year of use. By purchasing this Extended Warranty, you’ll extend your drivetrain protection to 3 years and gain several additional perks and coverages.
What’s Included:

Parts & Labour: Coverage applies to all necessary parts and the labour cost of an approved service center to perform warranty repairs.

What’s Not Included:

Bikes involved in a collision, dropped, or damaged due to user error

Weather-related damage, such as corrosion from water or salt exposure

Consumables and wear-and-tear items, including but not limited to: tires, inner tubes, brake pads, grips, tank, and seat
Warranty Duration:
3 years from the day your bike is fulfilled, either from Beachman directly or from a dealer.
Processing Claims:
Once you’ve purchased your Extended Warranty, you’ll receive a digital warranty contract and coverage will be filed in your Beachman Customer Profile.

GTA Claims: Claims are handled in-house at Beachman HQ. Simply book a service appointment, we'll have your warranty on file

Canada Wide Claims: We’ll work directly with you or a certified Beachman Service Center. All required components will be shipped to facilitate your repair.

USA Claims: For U.S. customers, we’ll coordinate directly with you or a certified Service Center. Necessary parts will be shipped to support the repair.

Dealer Claims: Bring your bike back to the dealer where you purchased your Extended Warranty. We’ll work with them to ensure a smooth and timely repair.
What's a Consumable? A consumable is a part of the bike that naturally wears out over time through typical use. This includes items like tires, brake pads, grips, and inner tubes. They are not covered under warranty as they require regular replacement.
Note: If you purchased your bike through a Beachman Dealer, claim procedures may vary slightly. Please consult your dealer for specific claim instructions.
