I can't in good faith give any higher a rating..Zero is what it should be..Ordered my bike and accessories on July 8th 2026...Was told 4-6 weeks. At 6 weeks, I emailed Beachman and was told, scanning error, shippers fault, nothing more they can do. Called shipping co. they told me paperwork error on Beachman's side. Learned later, it was Beachman's error...77 days later, Beachman was payed in full day 1...Still no bike and nobody knows nothing! I would have wished Beachman would have said they made a mistake, regardless of who's mistake, instead of "nothing more we can do".. Honestly, I call B.S. I would expect Beachman to say we WILL find out what is going on and we WILL fix it and get your order too you...Instead of me calling the shipper and investigating...Bummer...I may have been ripped off...We'll see....
The Bike came with everything ordered, the leather bags, the seat upgrade, everything looks and feels high quality and beautifully made.
Was hoping for the same bag i got the first time. However, this one was smaller and didnt have the same pocket setup. Very disappointed.
Such a cool addition to my new beachman! Has a vintage look and more pockets than expected!
